Paraprofessional (RBT) – Long Island, NY
Location/Hours:
Washington Heights: Monday to Friday; 3:00pm to 5:00pm OR Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 4:00pm to 6:00pm, Sat/Sun from 10:00am to 12:00pm
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-time | In-home ABA Therapy | After-school hours

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing clinical team across Long Island, NY.
Position Overview;
As an RBT, you will deliver direct ABA therapy services to children in home, school, and community-based settings under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is ideal for candidates passionate about behavioral health, autism services, and early intervention, with opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities;
• Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision
• Follow and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with consistency
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in in-home, school-based, or center-based settings
• Perform accurate data collection, session notes, and documentation using the Rethink platform (within 24 hours)
• Track client progress through ABA data collection and behavior tracking systems
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and supervising BCBAs
• Participate in onboarding, training, and ongoing RBT supervision sessions
Qualifications;
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism (ASD) or developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of ABA therapy techniques, behavior intervention, and data collection methods
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary ABA team
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
