Responsibilities

• •We're looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers
• •You'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly — scheduling jobs, handling inquiries, and making sure every client has a great experience from the first call to the completed job
• •Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from new and existing customers
• •Schedule and dispatch service appointments for our plumbing technicians
• •Provide accurate quotes and job information to customers
