SCHEDULE
This is a hybrid position, giving you the opportunity to work from home part of the time! 50% will be remote and 50% in homes.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
As a Behavior Analyst - BCBA at The Treetop, you play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective treatment plans for children with autism. Your expertise in behavioral therapy is instrumental in working directly with each client to support their growth and well-being. In addition to providing hands-on therapy, you also supervise other staff members during their sessions, ensuring consistency and quality in service delivery. Your exceptional communication skills will shine as you maintain open and transparent dialogue between families and state directors, scheduling regular meetings to review and discuss each client's progress.
