Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $115,000 - $140,000+ based on experience and leadership responsibilities.
• Sign-on Bonus: Available for candidates starting in May.

Key Responsibilities
• Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis
• Conduct in-depth autism assessments and differential diagnoses utilizing the ADOS-2, ADI-R, and MIGDAS-2.
• Create exemplary reports that provide actionable, strengths-based recommendations for families and educational institutions in the Nashville area.
• Lead complex cases requiring expert differential diagnosis, distinguishing between conditions such as ASD, ADHD, trauma, and mood disorders.
• Supervision & Mentorship (Tennessee Standards)
• Guide and provide supervision to Psychological Residents (post-docs) and Certified Psychological Assistants/Technicians per Tennessee Rule 1180-02.
• Serve as the 'Supervisor of Record' for clinicians obtaining hours for their HSP designation.
• Review and approve psychological products to ensure they meet the ethical standards set by the Tennessee Board.
• Associate Director Growth Path
• Program Development: Collaborate in designing and scaling assessment protocols.
• Leadership: Transition to overseeing the clinical quality, workflow, and staff development at the Nashville location.
• Community Liaison: Foster relationships with local pediatricians and school districts to enhance the referral process.
Qualifications
• Education: Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Licensure: Active license as a Psychologist in Tennessee with Health Service Provider (HSP) designation (or eligibility for reciprocity by May).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in pediatric assessment required. Prior leadership experience is a plus as this position transitions to Associate Director.
• Start Date: Must be available to work on-site in Nashville by May 2026.
