What You'll Get:
• Total Annual Compensation: $85,000 - $120,000
• Base Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000
• Bonus: Earn up to $20,000 annually

What You'll Do:
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
• Manageable Caseload: Up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week (note: billable hours are not tied to pay)
• Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines
What You'll Need:
✔ Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
✔ State Licensure where required
✔ ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)
✔ Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting
✔ Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment

- •» Supportive team of Clinical Directors, peer BCBAs, and five Regional Directors of Quality who provide hands-on mentorship and case consultation
- •» Fully equipped clinics with sensory rooms, therapy tools, and gross motor rooms to bring treatment plans to life
