Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient pediatric speech-language pathology evaluations and therapy services.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and timelines.
• Collect and document progress data to monitor patient outcomes and adjust plans.
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation per regulatory and clinic standards.
• Meet productivity targets and contribute to pipeline-based success metrics.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support home-based practice.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and stay current with pediatric SLP guidelines.
• Ensure on-site clinical environment adheres to safety and infection control standards.
• Identify and refer for additional services when indicated (e.g., feeding, OT, PT).
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
• Engage in outreach to grow referral sources and expand patient pipeline.

Experience/Qualifications
• Doctoral or Master's in Speech-Language Pathology; current state license.
• Pediatric SLP experience delivering outpatient evaluation and therapy.
• Compliance with documentation standards and regulatory requirements.
• Evidence-based practice for pediatric SLP; ongoing professional development.
• Ability to develop and document measurable treatment plans and timelines.
• Strong data collection to monitor progress and adjust plans.
• Productivity targets and pipeline-based workload management.
• Family-centered care: collaborate with families for home practice.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team (OT/PT/feeding).
