Your Role:
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized goals to support individuals' progress.
• Design and implement functional activities that address individuals’ occupational therapy needs.
• Provide consultation and training to classroom staff, ensuring effective strategies are used daily.
• Offer direct therapy services when needed, applying evidence-based techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of Program Directors, Physical Therapists and Speech Language Pathologists.

What You Need:
• Graduate of an approved program in physical therapy
• Valid and current license as a PT in Massachusetts
• Demonstrated commitment to student progress
• Ability to multitask and take initiative
• Enjoys working with a multi-disciplinary team
