Requirements and Qualifications
• Must have year‑round availability for full‑time shifts: 8 am‑4 pm or 11 am‑7 pm, Monday through Friday
• Previous experience working with children; experience with autism or intellectual disabilities preferred
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to commute to client homes or clinics within 30 minutes each direction
• Commitment to become a Registered Behavior Technician within 90 days via our training program
• Ability and willingness to assist clients with toileting needs
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Positive, open, and objective attitude toward others
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to respond quickly to sudden client movements
• Ability to walk and stand 75% of the workday
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, crawl, and sit on the floor for extended periods
• Ability to move short distances (up to 100 ft) quickly for client engagement

Responsibilities
- •Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) work one on one with children to implement goals written and overseen by Board‑Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- •They help acquire new skills using evidence‑based teaching procedures and create exciting, motivating learning environments
- •RBTs provide feedback and collect data related to each client’s program
- •Engagement in clinical research and presentation
- •Access to behavior analytic conferences and in‑house CE courses
