Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

currently seeking a driven and empathetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

What You Will Do
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized,

evidence-based treatment plans.
• Lead the implementation of behavior intervention strategies with a focus on

measurable progress and meaningful outcomes.
• Analyze client data regularly and adjust treatment plans to ensure continued

growth and success.
• Partner with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to create consistent,

supportive environments for each client.
• Provide hands-on training and supervision to BTs and clinical staff to ensure

quality and consistency of care.
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in accordance with HIPAA and

regulatory standards.

What You Bring
• Active BCBA certification (required).
• New York LBA license and eMedNY Medicaid number (required).
• Strong foundation in behavioral health, special education, and applied behavior

analysis.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges.
• Confidence in data-driven decision making and treatment planning.
• Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to engage both families

and team members.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
