Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mental Health Therapist located in Clive, IA, with some work-from-home opportunities. The Therapist will provide individual, family, and group therapy, develop treatment plans tailored to client needs, and collaborate with clients and their families to foster positive outcomes. Additional responsibilities include performing case management tasks, maintaining documentation, and working closely with social work professionals to support client care.

Qualifications
• Expertise in Treatment Planning and Case Management to design and implement personalized care strategies
• Experience in Social Work and understanding of community resources and client advocacy
• Proficiency in Mental Health and Family Therapy approaches for diverse populations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Licensure as an LMHC, LISW, or equivalent in the state of Iowa
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice
