Job Description
s (FBAs) to identify student needs and behavior patterns
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams to support effective behavioral strategies
• Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis; maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate with Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams and attend meetings as necessary to ensure comprehensive support
Qualifications:
• Active BCBA certification is required
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric behavioral settings is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Location: Templeton, California
Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
Setting: School-based environment
Caseload: Variable, dependent on district needs
