Qualifications and Desired Experience:
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Possession of a current CDE license or COOL; must be submitted with your resume
• Proven experience in educational or pediatric behavioral health settings strongly preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Passion for supporting elementary-aged children in their developmental and academic growth
Core Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and review individualized behavioral intervention plans for students across two elementary schools
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Train and support school staff in behavior intervention and data collection procedures
• Utilize evidence-based practices to promote positive behavior change and a supportive learning environment
• Participate in ongoing team meetings, IEPs, and family communications throughout the school year
