Qualifications

Responsibilities
- •Perform a wide range of financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and negotiable instruments while delivering outstanding customer service and promoting bank products and services
- •Process customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account transfers
- •Cash checks and verify the authenticity of negotiable instruments
- •Issue official checks, money orders, and traveler’s checks
- •Handle credit card cash advance transactions
- •Balance cash drawer daily and investigate and resolve discrepancies
- •Ensure high levels of accuracy with minimal transaction errors
- •Adhere strictly to teller procedures, policies, and compliance standards
- •Identify opportunities to cross-sell and promote bank products and services
- •Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently and professionally
- •Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and account information
- •Provide courteous, friendly, and professional service at all times
- •Support branch staff and contribute to smooth daily operations
- •Participate in training programs, meetings, and ongoing development activities
- •Communicate effectively with management regarding issues, updates, and improvements
- •Prepare and submit reports accurately and within required timelines
- •Perform night deposit processing and other clerical duties as assigned
- •Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment
- •Accurate and efficient processing of all transactions
- •Maintain a balanced cash drawer with minimal discrepancies
- •Build strong customer relationships through excellent service
- •Complete reports accurately and on time
- •Contribute to branch sales goals and customer relationship growth
- •Monday – Friday: 7:15 AM – 6:15 PM
