Responsibilities
• Lead the Dementia Care Program, ensuring excellence in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of dementia patients
• Oversee the development of clinical guidelines and protocols for dementia care, integrating the latest research findings
• Foster collaboration between neurologists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for dementia patients
• Engage in clinical education, including mentoring residents and fellows, as well as participating in public education and awareness programs
• Conduct and promote research focused on dementia, Alzheimer's, and related neurodegenerative conditions
• Provide leadership in enhancing patient care, focusing on improving patient outcomes and quality of life
• Build relationships with community partners, support groups, and families to deliver holistic care and educational resources

Requirements
• Board-certified Neurologist, preferably with expertise in dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or related fields
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical care and leadership in dementia care or neurology
• Strong background in research and clinical trials related to dementia or cognitive disorders
• Proven experience in leadership within a clinical or academic setting, with a commitment to collaborative care
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster teamwork and patient relationships
