Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) CA - San Francisco County

Position Summary

BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to deliver high‑quality, ethical ABA in a hybrid remote role supported by a collaborative clinical team in the San Francisco area.
Compensation
• Pay Range: $95,000–$110,000
• Relocation Bonus: $6,000
• Sign On Bonus: $5,000
Responsibilities
• Lead individualized ABA programs across home, school, and community settings, supported by Kyo’s proprietary care application and data systems.
• Develop and supervise Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees.

Requirements
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field and active BCBA certification.
• Reliable transportation with willingness to travel between client and business sites.
• Availability to provide client support within service hours 8:00 am–7:00 pm, Monday–Friday.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, crouch, lift at least 50 lb, communicate clearly, and participate in physical/play‑based therapies.
