Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team. As a BCBA, you will lead the development, implementation, and supervision of ABA therapy programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. You will play a critical role in assessing client needs, designing behavior intervention plans, and overseeing the delivery of services to ensure positive outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Design and oversee the implementation of behavior intervention programs based on ABA principles and techniques.
- Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members delivering behavior therapy services.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to promote consistency and generalization of skills across settings.
- Monitor client progress, collect data, and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA in a clinical or educational setting.
- Strong clinical skills in conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and overseeing therapy implementation.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
