Job Description

ith developmental disabilities, with a primary focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role provides an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by leading clinical services and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plans for an assigned caseload.

Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Provide training, support, and feedback to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to help manage challenging behaviors and teach appropriate replacement behaviors.

Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Functional Analyses (FA) for individuals exhibiting challenging behaviors.

Analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness, recommend improvements, and ensure continued progress.
