Job Description

 clients build communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies. We are looking for individuals who are patient, motivated, and passionate about making a meaningful impact while growing professionally within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

What You’ll Do
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a home setting.
• Collect accurate data on client behaviors and progress during sessions
• Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills
• Maintain timely and accurate session notes and documentation
• Collaborate with BCBAs, case coordinators, and families to ensure consistency of care
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development

Who We’re Looking For
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience working with children in any of the following roles:
• Paraprofessional / DSP / Teacher or Teacher Assistant
• Special Education Classroom Aide
• Early Childhood Educator or Preschool Teacher
• Daycare or Childcare Provider
• Camp Counselor or Youth Program Staff
• Behavioral Health Technician or Mental Health Aide
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Reliable, patient, and able to follow treatment plans with fidelity
• Ability to work independently while receiving structured supervision

Preferred Qualifications
• 6 months–1 year experience in ABA, behavioral health, education, or childcare
• Experience delivering in-home services
• Familiarity with data collection and behavior tracking

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will work one-on-one with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism and related developmental needs, under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • As a BT, you will play a vital role in helping clients build communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a home setting
