Job Description
Advanced Behavioral Therapy (ABT) is seeking a passionate and dedicated ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician to join our team of caring professionals. As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician, you will provide direct behavioral therapy to autistic children and young adults using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). With our cutting-edge approach, you will work in a center-based, in-home, or a combination of settings to create a schedule that suits your needs. Our team is dedicated to providing the best and most effective treatment available for your child.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct behavioral therapy to autistic children and young adults using ABA principles
• Implement individualized treatment plans to promote positive behavior and skill development
• Collaborate with BCBAs, BCaBAs, and other therapy team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
• Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with ASD
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
