The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Applied Behavioral Analysis/Behavioral Intervention/Behavioral Therapy and experience working with children and adults with developmental disabilities. A Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required. In addition, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and the ability to maintain a positive attitude.
