- •Requirements Physician Leader must have recent experience at a similar size facility
- •Proven experience on CV.Work with scheduling on management of schedule and open shifts

- •Interview process with recruiting to staff the roster with FT Team They will partner with their on-site facility leaders especially the CMO and will work with them on meeting budget and standards/metrics including the length of stay patient satisfaction and physical retention
