Job Description

We are looking for a kind, patient, and dependable caregiver to help with our 15-year-old son. He is a sweet, good kid with special needs who mainly needs support with daily routines, supervision, and help around the house.

This role is a good fit for someone who is calm, encouraging, reliable, and comfortable working with children or teens with special needs.
Responsibilities
• Providing supervision and companionship
• Helping with daily routines and simple household tasks
• Encouraging independence with age‑appropriate chores
• Preparing simple snacks or meals
• Helping keep his area organized
• Light homework or activity support, if needed
• Playing games, going for walks, or doing simple activities
• Transportation to activities or appointments, if needed
Ideal candidate
• Experience with special needs, autism, or caregiving preferred
• Patient, calm, and dependable
• Comfortable working in a family home
• Able to follow routines and instructions
• Good communicator with parents
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Background check and references required
