Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking enthusiastic, creative, and compassionate individuals with ABA experience or Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs/RBTs) to provide direct behavioral therapy in clinic and home settings.

As part of our collaborative team, you will help individuals develop essential life skills through engaging, play-based learning approaches.

What You’ll Do
• Provide 1:1 direct behavioral therapy in clinic and home settings
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Support communication systems such as AAC and PECS for non-verbal or emerging-verbal clients
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
• Respond to challenging behaviors using supportive ABA strategies
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
• Support daily living skills, including toileting, hygiene, and self-care routines using structured ABA strategies to promote independence

Qualifications
• Current CBT or RBT certification, or equivalent ABA experience
• High School Diploma or higher
• Experience working with children (professional or personal)
• Valid Washington State driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and assist clients when needed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities
• Availability to work M–F, MWF, or Tues/Thurs schedules

Preferred Qualifications
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience as a Teacher Aide, Paraeducator, DSP, or Respite Worker
• Individuals passionate about disability advocacy and person-centered care
