Job Description

ducting evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results
• Providing therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and communication skills
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and educators, to create a comprehensive treatment plan
• Monitoring progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
• Educating patients and their families on exercises and techniques to practice outside of therapy sessions

Qualifications and Skills:
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Compassion and empathy for patients and their families
