About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children ages 2–14, helping them build communication, social, play, and daily living skills through evidence-based ABA therapy. You’ll work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and be fully supported with ongoing coaching and training.

This is an on-site role based in Oregon City, Oregon.

Support children with autism through structured, play-based ABA sessions

Track and record progress so treatment plans can adapt as children grow

Bring energy, patience, and creativity to daily skill-building routines

Collaborate with BCBA and team members to implement individualized plans

Communicate with families to celebrate wins and keep progress moving forward

Create a safe, positive, encouraging environment where children thrive

What You Bring

A genuine passion for working with children and supporting neurodivergent learners

Foundational knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or interest in learning

Experience in childcare, education, behavioral health, or working with individuals with autism (preferred but not required)

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment

Patience, empathy, and a steady, compassionate approach

(Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related fields is a plus)

Willingness to complete and maintain RBT certification-supported and paid for by Just Kids

Flexibility, reliability, and a commitment to showing up for the children we serve
