Behavior Technician (BT) Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide ABA therapy to children in a safe, nurturing environment.
• Implement the specific therapy program designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow children to thrive and build independence.
• Write detailed session notes and documentation.

Behavior Technician (BT) Qualifications and Skills:
• Experience as a Behavior Technician or ABA Therapist preferred.
• Driver’s license and reliable access to transportation.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Experience implementing ABA therapy preferred.
