We are looking for passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide exceptional behavioral support to children and adults experiencing a range of behavioral challenges. As a BCBA at Patterns Behavioral Services, you will work within a collaborative team to assess client needs, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and ensure high‑quality service delivery.

YOUR VALUED ROLE

In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Conducting functional behavior assessments to identify target behaviors
• Designing and implementing effective behavior intervention plans
• Providing direct behavior analysis therapy to clients in various settings
• Supervising and mentoring Behavior Technicians and support staff
• Collaborating with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
• Collecting and analyzing data to monitor treatment effectiveness
• Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of client progress
Requirements
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment tools, and intervention strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on ABA best practices
