Job Description

Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

We’re looking for energetic, flexible, and compassionate individuals who are passionate about helping children succeed in a supportive, child-centered environment.

Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
• Completed 40 hour RBT training course
• Previous ABA experience preferred
• Excellent references
• RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Essential Skills and Characteristics:
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm with children
• Reliable and dependable
• Responds well to constructive feedback
• Team oriented problem solver
• Strong desire to make a difference in a child's life!

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Job Duties:
• 1:1 therapy sessions
• Teach play skills and social skills
• Teach self-help skills
• Document session outcomes
• Provide behavior support within group settings

Benefits

  • Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
  • Salary increase after 6 months
  • $250 bonus after 60 days and 300 billable hours
