Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is looking for a Homebased Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Vineland, NJ. This role offers competitive pay, flexibility, and up to $6000 in incentives annually.
The ideal candidate will supervise BTs/RBTs and manage caseloads while directly consulting with families on treatment strategies. A BCBA certification and experience in the field are required, along with proficiency in behavioral intervention strategies.
