Position: ECAP Clinical Supervisor / BCBA (Panama City Campus)

Responsibilities
• Oversees daily assigned-client case responsibilities.
• Supervises a portion of the ongoing ABA therapy sessions.
• Manages an appropriately sized client caseload served through the FSUPC Early Childhood Autism Program in addition to assisting with supervisory oversight of Registered Behavior Technicians, Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts, and Graduate Assistants.
• Coordinates behavioral treatment designed specifically for improving identified deficits in domains established by The Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skills-Revised (ABLLS-R) and The Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessment and Placement Program (VB-MAPP).
• Conducts parent-training and guidance on a regular basis to ensure consistency of program implementation across environments.
• Serves as an enthusiastic team leader for each client case among RBT's and BCaBA's.
• Completes treatment plans with individual goals targeted to meet the client's specific needs.
• Meets with insurance case reviewers to chamption for treatment of clients where necessary.
• Serves as an effective and impactful lead clinician to families whose children receive services with ECAP.
• Anticipates, plans, and responds to changes effectively when client behavior changes.
• Stays knowledgeable of up-to-date research and practice related to applied behavior analysis treatment.
• Participates in and supports fundraising efforts of ECAP as a non-profit to continue providing services to families in need.
Qualifications
• Master's degree from an accredited university or college in the field of counseling, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, special education, or in a related field, and two years of related experience.
• Must be board-certified in behavior analysis. Active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctorate (BCBA-D). Active professional liability insurance (1,000,000/3,000,000 aggregate minimum). At least 2 years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctorate.
