Behavior Technician Job Responsibilities:
• Under the supervision of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Behavior Technician will implement a behavior support plan and provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions using Rethink.
• Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans.

Behavior Technician Requirements:
• Education: High school diploma or bachelor's degree (Preferred), or RBT.
• Experience: Childcare, healthcare, or mental health.
• Physical Requirements: Lift up to 30 pounds, get up and off the floor, ability to respond in short distances, and willingness to work indoors and outdoors.
• Dependability: Consistent, positive, and reliable for the child's success.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
