Qualifications
- •Master’s degree in n Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field required
- •Licensed in the state of Florida under Department of Health to provide clinical services required
- •Five years related experience (preferably in a residential setting) required
- •Must have leadership skills to lead a diverse group and problem solve effectively
- •Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- •Valid Driver's license
- •Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test and TB Test
- •Successfully pass a Level 2 background screening with the State of Florida

Responsibilities
- •Manage the clinical operation at the Statewide Inpatient Psychiatric Program in Orlando, FL
- •Provide clinical oversight for clinicians working toward licensure
- •Provide clinical training for all clinical staff in documentation, utilization review and EBP implementation
- •Partner with the multidisciplinary leadership team to promote teamwork and integrated care
- •Partner with Quality Compliance leaders in assessing and analyzing client outcomes in the development of performance improvement activities
- •Facilitate positive experiences in all relationships both internally and externally, including but not limited to customers including funders, referral sources and family/guardians
