Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in n Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field required
  • Licensed in the state of Florida under Department of Health to provide clinical services required
  • Five years related experience (preferably in a residential setting) required
  • Must have leadership skills to lead a diverse group and problem solve effectively
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test and TB Test
  • Successfully pass a Level 2 background screening with the State of Florida

Responsibilities

  • Manage the clinical operation at the Statewide Inpatient Psychiatric Program in Orlando, FL
  • Provide clinical oversight for clinicians working toward licensure
  • Provide clinical training for all clinical staff in documentation, utilization review and EBP implementation
  • Partner with the multidisciplinary leadership team to promote teamwork and integrated care
  • Partner with Quality Compliance leaders in assessing and analyzing client outcomes in the development of performance improvement activities
  • Facilitate positive experiences in all relationships both internally and externally, including but not limited to customers including funders, referral sources and family/guardians
