Job Description

We're growing and looking for passionate, driven individuals to join us as Case Supervisors (CS)! If you're ready to take the next step in your ABA career-working alongside experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement individualized treatment plans-this is the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:
• Support and supervise Behavior Technicians, providing coaching and guidance.
• Working with an age population primarily between the ages of 5 to 25.
• Help develop and implement personalized behavior intervention plans.
• Work closely with parents to ensure effective communication and training.
• Maintain compliance and collaborate with funding sources.
• Play a key role in fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
What You Bring to the Team:
• MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or related field with 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services (units towards BCBA coursework preferred)
• Valid driver's licenses, reliable transportation, and ability to travel through designated geographic areas
• Successfully pass a criminal background check, TB tests, Pre-employment Physical/Fit for Duty exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ Varicella during onboarding
Compensation & Benefits:
• $22.00 – $28.00 per hour (DOE)
