Job description for a Behavior Technician:

· Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home and/or community

· Implement programs based on ABA principles that increase communication, self-help, social skills and play skills.

· Implement behavior intervention plans

· Collect data and complete short summaries about the therapy session on an online platform

· Run educational programs using discrete trials and natural environment teaching

· The ability to use technology and provide telehealth when needed

(Programs and Plans are developed by the supervising clinician. All paperwork and data are completed by the therapist during the therapy session and during your scheduled hours.)

Qualifications of a Behavior Technician:

· Applicants must be reliable, self-motivated, flexible and committed.

· A Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Education, Psychology, ABA) and ABA experience is preferred, but not required. If a candidate does not have a bachelor’s degree, at least one year of work experience in ABA is required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour (depending on experience and education)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 3:30pm to 6:30pm, 4 to 5 days a week (Flexible schedule). We're looking for a one year commitment.
