What You’ll Do
-Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes or community settings
-Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
-Use accurate, simple data collection systems
-Support skill-building in communication, independence, and social behavior
-Build strong connections with children and their families
-Collaborate closely with your supervising BCBA to ensure quality and consistency
What We’re Looking For
-Experienced ABA Therapists or Behavior Technicians
-Individuals who have worked with BCBAs and understand ABA implementation
-Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
-Compassion, patience, and dedication to client progress
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Reliable transportation
-Experience working with children with Autism
Additional Details
-Sessions take place in the child’s home or community
-Part-time position
-Minimum 6-month commitment
-If you're interested in becoming an RBT, you may complete the 40-hour RBT course — we can guide you if needed
