The Behavior Interventionist plays a critical role in implementing behavioral health treatments for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Through strategic programs and initiatives, this position will assist families seeking support with Autism and other related developmental disabilities by providing behavioral health treatment in-home, at a support center or in a community. Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
• Additional Pay Incentives: + $2/hour for weekend shifts + $5/hour for company-observed holidays
• An additional $1.00 will be offered for Spanish bilingual candidates. Candidates with a completed BA or BS will be offered an additional $1.00 per hour, with a copy of the degree required during onboarding.
• Monday-Friday between the hours of 3:00pm 7:30pm
• We aim to match you with clients near your home, and we offer mileage reimbursement from session to session or if your first client is over 20 miles away.

• Provide 1:1 care directly with Clients during scheduled sessions under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Implement established behavioral treatment plans based on the science of applied behavior analysis (ABA) across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings.

Collect data related to Client's progress during treatment sessions.

Incorporate activities and games that are developmentally appropriate and engaging for the client in alignment with the treatment plan.

Receiving and utilizing ongoing training, guidance, and support.

Follow program procedures, administrative tasks, direct therapy skills, and other duties that are in line with our compliance requirements.

Maintaining reliable communication to record scheduled appointments and return phone calls within 24 hours.

Ensuring that the company's "zero tolerance policy" is understood, implemented, and reinforced in the region.

Completing all duties, tasks, and/or special projects assigned by leaders and/or the business.

High School Diploma or GED (minimum)

Work in both indoor and outdoor settings as they relate to the patient's natural environment, which may include being outdoors in a variety of weather conditions (e.g., community skills, recess in a school setting, etc.)
