Job Description
Easterseals Southern California is looking for a Senior Director of Care Access & Experience based in Santa Clarita. This role entails overseeing operational efficiency and ensuring a positive participant experience across Autism Services. You'll collaborate closely with clinical teams and drive service delivery while maintaining high standards compliant with regulations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in health services operations and demonstrated success in leading teams. A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred. The starting salary is $116,000+ based on experience.
