Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and create customized treatment plans.
• Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to foster positive behavioral changes in clients.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA by maintaining accurate medical documentation.
• Work closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to assist clients diagnosed with developmental disabilities and autism.
• Collect and analyze data to track client progress and refine interventions as needed.
• Train and support caregivers and staff in behavioral therapy strategies.

Qualifications:
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) is required.
• Experience in supervising Registered Behavior Technicians, providing parent training, and assessing behaviors to design effective behavior support programs for children with Autism, ADHD, and other challenges.
