Job Description

e caseload of students ranging from Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade, providing essential speech and language services to promote their educational development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and testing.
• Prepare for and actively participate in ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings.
• Supervise SLP-As and provide mentoring support.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 20-25 students two days per week and around 37 students three days per week.
• Collaborate with school staff to support student needs and transition services.
• Provide additional testing and support as necessary.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) by ASHA preferred.
• Caseload experience with students Pre-K through 8th grade.
• Ability to work with both monolingual and bilingual student populations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred.

Schedule & Location:
• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Split schedule across two schools with on-site presence.
• Contract term from ASAP through May 29, 2026.

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required
