Job Description

Help shape the academic and personal growth of students by bringing your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to a vibrant school community near Joliet, IL. What We're Looking For:
• Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Masters degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology, or closely related field
• Strong understanding of relevant professional standards and willingness to maintain strict compliance
• Up-to-date with all federal, state, and local regulations and requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, offering clear guidance and support
• Effective communicator with a flexible and positive attitude

What You'll Do:
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to foster supportive environments
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and interpret data to refine interventions
• Provide staff training and ongoing support to ensure consistency in behavioral approaches
• Document student progress, ensuring compliance with IEP/504 and related service requirements
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards throughout all interactions
