We’re Looking For Candidates with: A heart for this population Resilience under stress Willingness to learn and adapt Ownership of their professional growth Reliability, motivation, and strong follow‑through Ability to implement and adapt treatment plans Prior experience in ABA or related field (preferred, not required) Degree in psychology, education, or related field (a plus) Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required) Availability: Availability Monday through Friday is required, with shifts such as: 3 PM- 8:00 PM (Please note it can vary depending on which case you are assigned to) Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance.
