Job Description
s and ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and protocol guidelines. The role will provide technical support to investigators and Nurse Managers and serve as a liaison between the institution and the sponsor.
Responsibilities
• Implement established quality measures to assure compliance.
• Update and maintain databases in support of clinical research.
• Recruit and obtain informed consent from patients and control subjects that meet enrollment parameters, adhering to HIPAA laws.
• Maintain related clinical research documents (case report forms, IRB information, adverse events, protocol changes, drug dispensing logs, regulatory binders, source documents).
• Order and maintain study‑specific materials such as supplies and drugs; maintain study logs per protocol.
• Collect study‑specific tasks such as monitoring vital signs, weight, ECGs, phlebotomy, etc.
Required Qualifications
• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, cell biology or another natural, life, health‑care or materials science related field, plus experience in research, basic science or clinical laboratory, particularly clinical trial research.
• OR bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in the same fields and a minimum of three years of research and/or clinical experience.
Abilities
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, multi‑tasking, organizational and verbal/written communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and other computer software/databases; ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines despite interruptions, maintain confidentiality, keep accurate records and make independent decisions.
Shift / Salary / Benefits
Shift: Days, Monday to Friday (outside normal business hours may be required).
Pay Band: B8.
Salary Range: $45,400 – $56,700 per year; salary commensurate with qualifications within the established range.
Recruitment Period: 11/18/25 – Until Filled.
