Job Description
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Current Certification Required
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
No weekends. No major holidays.

Affinity Autism Services is hiring currently certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for adults with Autism at our Sandy clinic. If you're looking for a supportive team, meaningful work, and a consistent weekday schedule, this is the opportunity for you.

• Collect data and document progress using electronic systems
• Provide compassionate support, including toileting assistance when needed
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs and fellow RBTs
Qualifications
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
