Clinic-Based RBT – Daytime Hours – Up to $23/hr (Full-Time Available)

Compensation:
• Behavior Technicians (BT): Starting at $20/hour
• Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT): Up to $23/hour (based on experience)
• Higher rates available for candidates with clinic experience.

Responsibilities:
• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Work directly with children in a clinical setting
• Collect data and track client progress
• Maintain consistent attendance and professionalism

Requirements:
• Active RBT certification
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
• Clinic experience preferred
• Strong communication and reliability
