Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Applied Behavior Analyst Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to support children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your focus will be on fostering meaningful progress through personalized care plans, data collection, and positive behavior management strategies. Duties
• Implement individualized behavioral therapy programs based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCaBA.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, and hygiene to promote independence.
• Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors, progress, and responses during therapy sessions to inform ongoing treatment plans.
• Support clients in developing social skills, communication abilities, and adaptive behaviors through engaging teaching techniques.
• Maintain detailed medical documentation, care plans, and behavioral health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
• Monitor client safety and behavior management strategies, intervening as needed to promote positive outcomes and reduce challenging behaviors.

Experience
• Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and behavior management strategies is essential.
• Experience assisting with ADLs and implementing special education or teaching methods is advantageous.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance is beneficial.
• Strong data collection skills coupled with the ability to analyze behavioral trends are important for success in this role.
