e works closely with the Principal Investigator, trial sponsors, and interdisciplinary teams to recruit, enroll, and monitor study participants while ensuring compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements. An ideal candidate would have prior cardiac nursing experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
Schedule
• Full-time | 64 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud Hospital
• Days | 8:00am–4:30pm | Monday – Friday
Pay and Benefits
• Pay based on experience and degree
• Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $40.33 per hour
• Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $41.34 per hour
• Master’s in nursing starting at $42.37 per hour
• Pay range: $40.33 – $62.01 per hour

Qualifications
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required
• BSN or MSN preferred
• BSN or higher required within 36 months of being hired
• Three years related experience preferred
• Knowledge of nursing standards, policies, procedures, and ethics
• Experience with Microsoft Office Software
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required
• National certification in a nursing specialty preferred
