About Behavioral Health Works:

Behavioral Health Works is a rapidly growing organization focused on sustainable and responsible growth. We specialize in delivering personalized, evidence-based services for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our multidisciplinary team, which includes BCBAs, Case Supervisors, Behavior Technicians, and Speech-Language Pathologists, works closely with families to create tailored treatment plans that integrate Applied Behavior Analysis principles with speech and language best practices.

Your Role: Speech-Language Pathologist:

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will report directly to the Clinical Director. Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating, developing, and overseeing individualized speech and language treatment plans. You will collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to provide high-quality, data-driven therapy that enhances communication skills, social language, and functional abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial speech, language, and communication evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy focused on speech, language, and social communication goals.
• Collaborate with and train parents/caregivers to support their child's treatment goals.
• Partner with BCBAs and clinical staff to ensure cohesive, interdisciplinary care.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting in the electronic health record system.
• Participate in team meetings, mentorship opportunities, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:

Required: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders; active state SLP licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP (or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship); strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred: Experience working with children with ASD; familiarity with ABA-based or interdisciplinary treatment environments; experience in providing parent coaching and caregiver education.

Compensation:

Starting at $75,000 annually (Based on Experience)

Schedule:
• Full-time
• Monday to Friday
