Join our dynamic team as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and document data rigorously to track progress and inform treatment adjustments
• Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions to children and adults with autism or other developmental disabilities
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across settings
• Maintain accurate medical records, treatment documentation, and compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Educate families and team members on behavior management strategies and intervention techniques

Skills
• Extensive knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
• Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder
• Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and medical documentation practices
• Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and diagnostic evaluation methods
• Ability to perform intake assessments and develop personalized intervention plans
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and engaging families effectively
