Key Responsibilities:
• Work 1:1 or in small groups with students, delivering direct ABA-based interventions
• Collect, record, and summarize behavioral data for analysis and ongoing treatment planning
• Collaborate closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts, teachers, and other school staff to implement and adapt interventions
• Support students with communication, social skills, and adaptive behavior goals
• Participate in regular team meetings, trainings, and professional development
• Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive environment conducive to learning
