Job Description

Bluebird Behavioral Solutions is an Austin based, BCBA owned and operated practice. We serve children, teens, and adults across home and community settings.

Our team is intentionally small so that clinicians work closely together with strong collaboration, manageable caseloads, and support from leadership. We value a close knit team environment where staff are known, supported, and appreciated.

We are currently hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee assessment, treatment planning, and supervision for clients receiving 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings. Sessions often take place in natural environments where skills can be practiced during everyday routines and community activities.

What Makes Bluebird Unique
• Small caseloads with more than adequate supervision hours allocated per client
• Emphasis on in person involvement, with BCBAs providing regular hands on coaching and feedback during sessions
• Collaborative team culture where clinicians support one another
• Opportunities to work with a wide range of ages, including teens and adults
• Involvement in mentoring RBTs and supporting those pursuing BCBA certification

Responsibilities
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans
• Provide regular in person supervision, coaching, and feedback to RBTs and BTs
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming based on data
• Communicate with clients, families, and funders regarding progress and treatment recommendations
• Ensure documentation meets funder and regulatory requirements
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing collaboration with the clinical team
• Maintain professional and supportive relationships with clients and their families

Programs address a wide range of developmental goals, including early developmental milestones, functional communication, social development, independence, and meaningful everyday skills that support success at home, school, and in the community.

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
